Pie Dough Ingredients
120g Butter
95g Sugar
1 Egg
240g Flour
1dash Salt
1drop Vanilla
Pie Crumb (Topping) Ingredients
Mix:
100g Butter
100g Flour
50g Sugar
Topping
Apple Filling
1. Mix Butter and Sugar in a big bowl. Then add in Egg, Flour, Salt and Vanilla. Keep mixing until it forms a dough.
2. Carefully fit dough into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Bake for 45min.
3. Remove the dough from oven, sprinkle apple filling with crumb topping. Continue to bake until golden for 30 - 45 min.
